We have a tiny family room and needed an attractive, small stand for our new 26 inch LCD TV that would take up little space and be low enough that the top of the TV would not extend beyond our window ledge. This stand was one of very few that we could find anywhere that met our needs.\n\nThe only problem we encountered was that the picture on the website (and even on the outside of the carton the stand was shipped in) seemed to show the top and bottom panels extending equal distances outward (as opposed to the bottom panel extending several inches further outward). The picture on the instruction sheet did show it this way (bottom panel extended) and that was the way the holes lined up. We didn't like the way this looked (and the extra space it added) but were able to rectify fairly easily by drilling new holes on the bottom panel to align the panel equally. Other than the extra time needed for this adjustment, the assembly was quite easy.
Service and delivery comments:
The ordering process was easy and delivery came within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the UPS tracking indicated the item was delivered but we hadn't received it. Before we discovered it was erroneously delivered to a neighbor's house (UPS error as address was correct on package), we spoke to CNS customer service who were extremely helpful in contacting UPS and later followed up with us to confirm that we had retrieved the package from our neighbor.

This stand was purchased for my 90 year old mother's television, which was handed down from my 94 year old mother-in-law who recently passed away. The hand-me-down set required more surface than the table available, but we didn't want to make a major investment in furniture. This piece was exactly right for the purpose. It's sturdy and looks nice in the room. The added shelves for storage is a convenience. Great buy.

We bought this for our kids' playroom. It's very sturdy and holds a 27" TV easily. There is even room on the shelves for the receiver and DVD player. It was easy to put together and shipping was sooooo quick - I was VERY surprised to receive it within a couple of days!

Was looking for TV stand for "tube type" Sony 19" TV that was 21 inches deep. This stand is a few tenths of an inch shy of that but, since we put TV on an angle, in a bedroom, it worked fine. The instructions are good and easy to follow. All sections have paper label corresponding to installation diagram. Problem was some of these labels apparantly had fallen off. None the less, assembly is mostly "intuitive" and from box to installed location (complete assembly) was about an hour using only a hand tightening phillips, a regular screw driver and small hammer. I am very satisfied. [...]
