This is a decent TV stand at a decent price. The assembly directions are among the worse I've ever seen on any product. Not just murky, but wrong. the diagrams are grossly erreonous. For example, they clearly show the WRONG END of cam lock pins being inserted into panels, etc. It is not merely a case of inverted diagrams -- the artist really had no idea of how these pins work, and apparently nobody actually checked the directions and diagrams in the real world. We wreaked one cam lock before we decided to ignore the directions and diagrams. Fortunately, one household member had recently assembled another item that used similar fasteners, so we did manage to assemble the stand. And we like it.

I own a Toshiba 46" widescreen Projection TV and I have looked everywhere for a stand that would hold this unit without having to purchase a large piece of wood furniture. My TV is under the 150 lbs weight capacity, however, I am still a little concerned with the fact that this unit only has supports on the two sides and back and nothing hold it up in the front. Nevertheless, I've had my TV set up on the stand for over a month now and its held up just fine. Love the looks.

This unit not only looks great, but it was by far the best, most precisely made, and easiest do-it-yourself piece of furniture that I have ever assembled. The shelf between the top and base was the perfect size to hold my Magnepan MMG-C center channel speaker.
