I had been looking everywhere for just the right media stand for my new 42" flat screen TV, but they were all too long for my space or too expensive. Then I went online and found this stand. [...] Assembly was not easy, but eventually we got it right. It was worth the effort. This handsome stand would go with almost any decor and is sturdy as well. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who has a space limitation but a fairly large TV.

it was actually fun to put this together. the material weight and quality match my furniture well. it looks much better in the corner than my old black metal finish unit. the only con that i have is that the top shelf is not as tall as i would want it to be. my receiver isn't too bulky and it was a squeeze.\n\n\none suggestion to buyers. it may be easier to wire the unit before you put the lid on top.

The quality of wood and finish is good. The quality of the fit and assembly hardware is very poor. Expect to spend at least 2 hours assembling this unit. If the parts fit correctly and they used real hardware this would be a good product. I expected higher quality for the price.

The stand is very attractive and it holds my 42 inch plasma tv along with the components. The color of the stand is beautiful. I was not that impressed with the assembly of this stand. Don't try to assemble it by yourself.

Nicely finished, well-built and sturdy, but the quality of the hardware (particularly the cam locks/pins) isn't the greatest. I managed to shear a cam lock in half when hand-tightening it; fortunately, the part that stayed in the hole held the pin in place. Other than the hardware, this is an excellent product. Nice touches include a metal bar across the underside of the top to further support your television. Instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, unlike some instructions for other products which require assembly!

The screws and conncting cams were rather weak aluminum, as a screw head broke off and three cams broke during assembly. I was able to get better ones at [...].

Most TV cabinets are made of pressed particle board and look cheap. This is looks like real furniture. It's substantial, and very attractive. We are using this for a 41" flat panel TV and components, and everything fits perfectly. The cabinet is very heavy, something I consider to be a 'pro' rather than a 'con' so I didn't mention it above.It does require full assembly and, at first, the project appears to be quite daunting. If you proceed methodically, it is easy to put together. But, you really do need two people for assembly, as four hands are necessary to do the job efficiently. [...] Thankfully, the 'bad' edges are hidden. The other complaint is that the doors don't line up well. The hinges allow for adjustment, but even after much effort, they are way off. We have a huge gap between the doors, and one door swings in a slight arc. I may replace the hinges with some of better quality and rehang the doors.Overall, it is a great piece of furnitue, and fits well in a more formal room than those stands made of black pressed wood products. I'm generally pleased with the cabinet in spite of the couple complaints.

This stand works perfectly for my 50" DLP HDTV. It is very attractive as well. I love hardwood items. I did not choose that this was easy to assemble, because for me, I would not have been able to, but for someone who knows what they are doing, it is easy to assemble and well constructed. Thank goodness for the colored marker that perfectly fixes up little scratches.

The product arrived a day earlier, but one of the "feet" had split in two. I called the Bello Customer Service department and they shipped a new one out that arrived the next day at no charge. Excellent service! You need two people to assemble it to get all of the parts in squarely. The doors are still not aligned perfectly, but we are working on it.\n Overall, I love the stand would definitely buy from here again.
