This turned out to be a great piece of furniture, both in value and in style. It was a 100+ pound box when delivered and the finished unit is quite heavy as well. It took a good few hours to put the unit together, but that may have been my own fault for hand-tightening all the screws instead of using a drill. My husband finished it up for me with a drill when he got home from work and it cut the time way down. Despite the directions that only a screwdriver is necessary, I would use a drill. The pieces all fit together nicely; the directions were easy to follow. This didn't look like an online inexpensive furniture purchase when completed. The cherry finish is not a bright red but is on the dark brown/red side, which went very well with my bedroom furniture. All in all a good buy.

I am thrilled with the TV stand. It was easy to assemble and definitely has enough space for all the components we are putting in it.\n\nThe best part, though, is how nice it looks. If I were to change the door and drawer hardware, it would almost perfectly match the expensive furniture set we already had in the room, so that was a wonderful surprise.

I found the instructions to be adequate in assembling this unit and all pieces fit together nicely. The large sticker on the top was messy and difficult to remove though. They should do away w/ it.

We have this under a mounted flat-panel TV to hold our DVR and DVD player. Works great. Love the drawer for DVDs and video games. Looks like nice furniture. A little tough to put together - the directions weren't always accurate and some of the internal parts aren't as finished as what I would like. Overall though I like it - got just what I expected.

A little hard to assemble but the instructions are clear for the most part. Door adjustments are a little tricky and could use some additional diagrams, etc. The finish is very handsome and the overall appearance is like solid wood. Looks great!
