This stand, I hate to call it that because it is such a beautiful piece of furniture, is well-built and easy to assembly. Weight limitation on bottom shelf could easily be increased with added support.
Item is very heavy but this is needed to safely support the television, not a con in my opinion.

The stand was purchased for its mounting bracket for a 46 inch Samsung LCD. It looks very good once mounted, almost like it was made for the set. The stand was easy to assemble but was missing a few small parts. You should take the time to make sure all parts are there before assembly. A couple of the main cherry wood pieces had small chips in them which I thought was unacceptable but you dont really see the defects once assembled as they are kinda hidden underneath the shelves. All in all I thought it was a good deal since none of the stands I saw[...]looked as nice and cost even more.

Excellent stand. Made of very good quality. Bush is very good. Worth the price. I did put it together by myself, but would recommend you have someone assist you. Easy to put together, just takes time (2 1/2 hrs).

Service and delivery comments:

Product arrived in "one piece". I was concerned with all the glass, but it was good. Delivery took a few extra days, but the only reason was there was a snowstorm in Cleveland where it was shipped from. A few days before it arrived in Miami they called and set up shiping. It was delievered in the 4 hr window. Very Reliable.

The item is used as a component rack. I have not yet decided to mount the TV onto the TV mount portion of the unit.
TO be honest, I can't think of one thing I hate about this unit-sorry!

The product description do not mention the support weight per shelf. After putting the stand together, it is a nice stand,but the last page printed max weight per shelf is 25 pounds. Gosh, my receiver weight 45 pounds. Not to mention other components.

The stand is pretty long, but lack of support in the front and middle. Too heavy object in the middle could cause the glass to break.

Why don't they list the weight limit in the description!!

This unit is SPECTACULAR in quality. It is much larger than I had anticipated. Very roomy for all my components and holds my 42" Samsung Plasma very well. It is of the highest quality and i am very impressed. This is a peice equivalent to that found at a high end store for much less $$. The only advice I would give is MAKE sure you have two people to assemble and assemble near the area that it will be placed as it is rather heavy and make of alot of glass so it is a bit fragile as well though you wouldnt know it. Also take your time unpacking and assembling because of all the glass. I HIGHLY recommend this peice as it was my first purchase from TvStands.com. I will be back
