I bought two of these items and I absolutely love them. They look great and are very sturdy. Considering these were large pieces with many pieces that had to fit together, the time and effort it took to put them together was well worth it.

The metal top is very heavy and very well made. It looks amazing.

Although the items were well packed, one buffett had a crack in the leg. It does not appear to be a major crack, so I don't believe it will impair the stability of the item. Also, on both of the buffets, the screws had fallen out (in transit I guess) of the track on the middle drawers. Luckily, I found the screws and was able to screw them back in.

The pros outweigh the cons and I'd happily purchase another one of these if I needed to.

A delightful addition to my kitchen presently[...] With the stainless top it is up to use in the kitchen, where I can plug in my coffee pot, blender, mixer. I keep mixing bowls behind one door, liquor behind the other. The 3 drawers are small but glide easily & organize small items very well. I also keep my medications in one drawer out of sight. I like the simple cottage styling of the buffet. The proper installation of the center shelf above the wine rack is mandatory to the strength of the item; back panels screw on as a final step, and prevent the buffet from wiggling at all. This is not a large piece of furniture, so it fits easily in a small kitchen. Presently it sits in the spot vacated by the full size electric range I tossed out. After we remodel our kitchen, I'll move it next to the refrigerator where it will provide a stable surface for putting up groceries, making sandwiches, or fixing a drink.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was by Fedex, along with the Home Styles s/s topped kitchen cart, and both arrived undamaged and surprisingly soon after I ordered them. I put both items together myself without a single problem with instructions or the need to call for service.

RATHER THAN HAVING CABINETS INSTALLED IN A BACK BEDROOM THAT WE CONVERTED INTO A UTILITY/LAUNDRY ROOM, I BOUGHT THIS ALL-IN-ONE UNIT AND NOT ONLY AM I VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND QUALITY OF IT, I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY AS WELL. IT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR STORING DETERGENT, CLEANING SUPPLIES AND SUCH, PLUS THE TOP MAKES AN EXCELLENT FOLDING TABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE.
