I used it to hold a larger HDTV and also to clean up all the cable modem/wirless router/other electronics. I am please with how it looks and there is lots of space to put everything. It was not too difficult to assemble, but took some time to figure out the directions. My only negative comment is that there are patterns of tiny holes in some places that you can see up close. Also, the magnetic door holder was broken and I had to glue that back in place.

Once assembled and in place, this piece looks great. But if you get close and examine it, the components do not fit well together and the construction quality is only fair. It meets my needs and the price made it a good value.

Fast delivery. Boxes in good condition upon arrival. One broken door magnet was the only issue. Purchased a better quality replacement at hardware store.

FIRST, ONE OF THE MAGNETS ON THE ONE OF THE DOORS WAS BROKEN. ONE OF THE PARTS WAS MISLABLED. ONE OF THE PARTS WAS BOWED AND WOULD NOT FIT HAD TO RIG IT WITH WOOD SCREWS. DOORS WOULD NOT MATCH UP. THIS WAS AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE ON MY PART. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY AND YES, I WILL HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER TV STAND TO REPLACE THIS ONE.

[$] Not worth the price we paid. [...] I was anxious to get this thing together after reading all other reviews. Disappointed after assembly. Here's a list why:1) As others mentioned...there are tiny holes all over the stand. Not noticable far away. So we can deal with it.2) Two of the pieces looked as if they were dropped on their corners. Luckily they were the back pieces.3) The metal phillip head screw connectors break very easily if you apply just a small amount of tension...no extras were sent so I had to compromise and only use the ones I had left in spots were I thought were needed.4) One door will not stay closed while the other door did not have the metal plate on it to attach to the magnet. The metal piece was not even in the box. So I will need to stop out a buy one. (Not what I expected [$]).After I was finished, I had to admit it did look nice in the corner with our 47" LCD sitting upon it. Not sure it was worth all the hassle. I should have spent an extra $200 and bought a real wood stand that is shipped already assembled. Live and Learn. Be careful when ordering this, you may be one of the unlucky ones like myself.

This piece assembles easily in less than an hour. All the pieces fit well together, and it is made of quality wood, not that flimsy stuff you get on some lower-end pieces. It fits well into the corner and even leaves room behind it for my sound system's sub-woofer, as well as my uninterruptable power supply. I have a 46" LCD TV placed on mine, but it could easily hold a larger unit. It is very sturdy, thanks to the support of the two center divider pieces that divide the lower storage space. You can't go wrong with this piece.

My only complaint and reason I can't give five stars is due to the fact that my unit arrived in a torn box that had part of the styrofoam packaging material broken and falling out. Thankfully, none of the wood was damaged, as it was packaged very well. However, there were some loose cam shafts in the box, and as it turned out, I was missing 5 of the cam shafts required to assemble the unit. I had to call the manufacturer, as per the instructions, to get a replacement hardware kit. It took the kit a week to arrive, so my assembly of the unit was delayed while I waited on the hardware. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, but if they had taken more care in sealing the box to begin with, I would not have had to call them and could have been enjoying my purchase a week earlier.

This is the first piece of furniture I bought sight unseen over the internet so I took a chance. We are very pleased with the purchase. It is solid wood and has a deep color. It fits into the corner well. The unit has 3 cable holes in the back and holes inside the cabinet for cable management. Everyone who sees it, likes it a lot.

Used in the basement corner for 200 lb t.v., WII, playstation and Xbox. Plenty of room and incredibly strong. Great looking and goes with all styles.

The overall apperance is nice, but one of the legs was broken when it arrived, so we had to spend extra time glueing it back on. And, I was disappointed by all the perforated tiny holes all over the wood veeneer. From far away you cannot notice it, but up close they are all over the entire console.
