We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. The Hanover TV stand and the accompanying piers make a perfect addition to our home entertainment center. The pieces are well-finished and the assembly was very easy, took about 1 hour for each piece. Together they make a very attractive center for a small home theater. The cabinets have adjustable shelves and hold all of our DVD's, VHS, and accessories. The "knock-outs" in the back make wiring a snap. I'm not a fan of the Cam-lock but hope they will be sturdier in real wood as opposed to particle board where the least stress tears them out. Overall, we think this is a great setup and will shop with CSN/TV Stands again.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was as promised. CSN provided the tracking #s and we watched our purchase across the country. Everything arrived undamaged, a few crinkles in the boxes but all of the parts are well protected by packing material. The delivery driver helped unload the boxes-kind of heavy-into our garage, he didn't have to do that.
