DMI manufactures Home Styles products and has become a leader in the industry of their primary product lines, including home office and computer workstations; desk chairs; commercial office furniture collections; casual lifestyle furniture; and collections of better quality, wood residential furniture. It's not that this was necessarily DIFFICULT to put together, it's that the metal attaching peices that hold it together actually BROKE while I tightened them down. So peices are not snug together at all!! I actually got replacement peices that did the same thing. This unit sags in the middle from the weight of my normal entertainment components also. I wish I would have gone with a different model.

Don't be fooled. This item is a great looking TV stand but must be totally assembled. When I spoke to someone via live chat they stated that this item comes partially assembled. When the TV stand came to the house in came in two very large boxes and was not partially assembled. There were over 50 or so parts that had to be fully assembled. This will take a few hours to put together. The side doors still stick and some of the screw holes were missing and my husband had to drill new ones. Whould I buy again, yes, because this item is very attractive [...].
