Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

We offer 3 different levels of service for this item: White Glove Silver, White Glove Gold and White Glove Platinum. White Glove Silver service is selected as your default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to a higher service level you may make this selection in your cart during the checkout process. White Glove Silver
Silver service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.

Gold service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

Comments about Kathy Ireland Home by Martin Furniture Tribeca Loft Black Door Base and Hutch With Doors:
I use this product for office storage. It suits my purpose, although the finish on all of the Tribeca Loft furniture is quite fragile -- it scratches and dents easily. It is quite attractive, which offers some compensation, I suppose.
Service and delivery comments:
The customer service from CSN was polite but ultimately irresponsible. I believe that this product was orginally marketed in an extremely misleading way on the CSN website, with a page design that led customers to assume that the unit came with the optional door hutch. The photograph shows the hutch included and the language on the page leads one to the same conclusion. Moreover, the unit was priced well above the usual base price, which reinforced the impression that it came with the hutch. Once the unit arrived and I learned that I had fallen victim to this scam, CSN refused to make it right by supplying the hutch or taking the unit back without excessive return fees. The representatives refused to acknowledge the defect in the web page design, although they admitted that it had been "changed" since I'd placed my order. \n\nIn short, I am thoroughly disgusted with CSN Office Furniture and will never order anything from them again or from any of the other CSN affiliates.
