Scope of Work
- With this InstallCard a professional installer will come to your home to unpack and mount up to 5 speakers on a wall or ceiling. Installation includes limited wire fishing to connect and conceal speaker wiring to an audio source up to 20 cable-feet away as part of a single audio system in the same room
- Speaker mounts and component connection cables are NOT included. Recessed installations or installations involving more than 20 feet of cable may require additional charges
- 1 year labor warranty on all installations
- InstallCard does NOT provide additional parts (audio or video output cables, accessories, special fittings, mounting adapter plates, etc.)
- Service does NOT include horizontal wire fishing/difficult wire fishing (blown-in insulation, exterior wall) OR brittle material drilling/mounting (brick, block, concrete, stucco, etc.). Extra services may require additional charges
- PLEASE NOTE: If cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment, a $30 cancellation fee may apply
How InstallerNet Works
1. Pay for the InstallCard
2. Once received, go online and activate the InstallCard (or by phone)
- Provide information about the location of installation
- Provide information about product to be installed
- Pick an Installer/Location
- Provide contact information
- Pick a preferred schedule date
4. Installer calls customer shortly (24 hours) before appointment for a pre-visit survey and to confirm arrival details
5. Installer comes to customer's home
6. Installation is done
7. Customer gives installer their InstallCard upon completion

General Shipping Information:
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Small Parcel Additional Information:
