This TV stand is difficult to assemble as its heavey but if you have someone to help then its easy. This has black glass which hardly goes with other furniture. Still its really good and holds TV upto 40". I am using it for my Sony 40" LCD TV. This has good design, look and usability. It would be nice if company provides this with clean/transparent glass.
