The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

The piece is attractive and matches some other pieces I own, which were unrelated to this purchase.\nWe could not get our CD player in the unit because the shelves are not adjustable (barely got the receiver in). The doors, which add to the attractiveness of the piece, had to be removed because the wood trim on both the top and bottom of the doors hid the infrared signal areas for the 3 components that we put in the unit. We would have had to leave the doors open when using had we not removed the doors. \nScrews and washers were included along with a 1-page picture for installation. The picture shows the screws going in vertically (I believe they are meant to stablize the unit when you have the desired width - although there is nothing that tells you what they are for) however all holes in the unit are drilled horizontally. We ended up not using them and the unit seems fine without them. Once the flatscreen is on the unit, the unit is stable.

Inovative design but product has missing and bent undersize screws, exposed nail heads, rough edges, misplaced hinges and latches, poor fitting parts and interior parts made from random size scrap wood.
