I use it for my living room and it does a good job of hiding my wires for devices. Very durable materials. The only thing wrong with it is that a few of the holes don't line up for the screws

I use it for open shelving of my HT components. I added four heavy duty wheels to it and it rolls in and out of the HT closet with ease.

Difficult to put together. Cheap screws don't line up with the drilled holes and are extremely difficult to sink regardless. Back panel is a flimsy piece of plastic. Not particularly sturdy--although it might be if I could get the screws driven in. Look elsewhere for a rack in this price range.

I needed a narrow audio rack with five shelves and the Plateau Z series fit the bill to a tee. Built sturdy and looks great. The only thing that would have made it better would be a least a couple of adjustable shelves.

The assembly difficulties occurred because the screw holes did not line up well with the shelves and it was difficult to get them flush and even so as to look finished.
The rack looks good and is a functional way to stack Electronic Components in almost any environment.
