The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Set up wasn't too bad. Very pleased with the quality of this piece. Im using it for a 12 year old and two year old. Its perfect for my preteen and sturdy enough for both. The quality is clear in the appearance and its has a "high-end" look and feel to it.

I didn't know I could get 2 free mattresses with the monster bedroom bunk bed set (twin/full). Otherwise it's a great and sturdy bed. I would recommend it for anyone who needs one. My sons love it!

I bought this bed for my boys (ages 6 and 7) and they absolutely love it. I bought the twin over the full size bed and it worked out great. We are all very happy with this purchase. It is made very well and was easy to put together though you will need two people to put it together.

We still need bunks due to family size and room limits. Full on bottom works much better for an older son than the twin did.

This was the perfect solution for my son's room. It gives him the "big" full bed on the bottom with a twin on top for friends while not taking up a huge amount of space. It was easy to put together and seems to be good quality and very sturdy.

I bought it because family usually come up during the holidays and what not. It takes Sealy Posturepedic matresses nicely,except that the single mattress is a bi too high. With my setup it's only suitable for adults to be on the top bunk.The setup was easy, and during the whole process you could tell that it was a sturdy frame. [...]Good bed, good price, good company.
