The TV stand arrived damaged, so I called Powell and they sent yet another damaged replacement part, so I called them again. The second replacement part arrived just slightly damaged, at which point I gave up in frustration and kept. I assembled the unit and the back piece was missing a drill hole, so I called them again and was sent a replacement part, which arrived in good condition.
Excellent service, but I doubt I would purchase another Powell unit as their quality control is lacking.
At long last, the unit was very easy to assemble, is functional, and looks nice... basically doing it's job.

It is a really nice looking stand and goes so well with my 37" Phillips LCD TV!!! The only problem is it took me over 40 minutes to assemble this stand and the instruction is somehow confusing. Overall it is a really nice looking and durable stand.

It was easy to assemble, with one problem. The assembly requied that all the holes have groves so you can screw in the bolts. Three holes did not have groves so I had to go the hardward store to buy screws that could make their own groves. In the middle of an assembly it is a bit frustrating.
