I bought this for my new flat-panel TV and to hide the wires and clutter in the back. The cabinet has plenty of room for all the components and cables are neatly hidden. \n\nAfter I put it together I realized that it could have been much narrower (and lighter) and would have looked better in the room.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was fast (faster than expected). Package looked pretty tired, but contents were in good condition. \n\nIt is so heavy that I was barely able to slide it inside the front door. The weight contributed to making assembly so difficult.

Item description implied wood construction. In fact it is MDF plus lesser quality parts and vinyl wood grain. It is reasonalbly attractive, serves its purpose (50" plasma tv, receiver, dvd player, etc.), but is overpriced for what you get.

The completed cabinet has four large shelves for your A/V equipment. The construction was easy. Assemby L brackets are stronger than the hardware previouly included, but the Assemby Manual was not updated to show this change. Holds a TV Larger than stated - mine is a 52" LCD.\nEveryone that has seen the Credenza thinks it is beautiful.

Packaged was delivered promptly. There were dented and chipped corners from shipping damage but fortunately they are in hidden parts of the cabinet.
