There is not one piece that is not CRACKED, CHIPPED, MARKED ( in some way or another) or WORN. IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S USED AND ABUSED!! We have to put it into a closet because the color doesn't match the other furniture, it's rather hideous and because it looks used and abused. It took over an hour to put together because the little pieces that hold up the shelves did not fit into the holes. Some holes in the major part were not in the correct places also. [...]

Tower is great. Delivered quickly. However, the printed directions need to me revised to be more explicite. I had to call Customer Service for help once. They did help and said they had received other calls about the same problem. (This was the directions regarding putting the base parts together). I suggested they correct the directions. The rest of the installation was clear. It's up, working and that was my only complaint.
