Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
White Glove Freight Service Levels
We offer 2 different levels of service for this item: White Glove Gold and White Glove Platinum. White Glove Gold service is selected as your default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to White Glove Platinum you may make this selection in your cart during the checkout process. Please read the service descriptions below to determine which level is best for your needs.
White Glove Gold
Gold service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

The product serves the purpose intended but don't expect a fine finished product. The product is made in China and the top surface has small (pencil lead size) holes on both sides and both endges have very rough and discolored sections. None of this is from shipping so the build quality lacks quality control.

This is my first time shopping here and my first product from the manufacturer. [...] I will be using this product to hold components for a wall mounted flat screen and product is large enough to provide lots of extra storage. The product arrived exactly as it was pictured on website. For the price it seems fairly well made and sturdy. It looks much more expensive than what is was. The cabinet doors all look nice and are fitted correctly. The hardware is very nice. Mine did come with a small flaw in the wood which was not due to shipping. The flaw is a rough edge on the front of the top of unit, it looks like a sander or router nick. For my purposes the flaw is not a big deal to me. But a customer wanting perfection may have issue with this type of flaw. The rest of the product finish is very nice. Overall I'm extremely happy with the product and will definitely consider the manufacturer the next time I need a piece of furniture. I feel like I got a GREAT deal [...].
Service and delivery comments:
Product came extremely well packed and in excellent condition. Delivery was provided by UPS freight shipped on 2 pallets. Product arrived well ahead of estimated delivery time.
