We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Stand came in as promised and was in great shape. Easy to follow directions. The top shelf is more than strong enough for the weight of a 19" TV. My only issue is with the casters. The way they're situated across the front, on a plush carpet it seems that the majority of the weight of a tube-style TV rests on the front part of the stand, and when the wheels "dig in" to the carpet from the weight of the TV, it seems susceptable to a forward tip over..perhaps a danger to little kids. I took out the casters and let it rest flat, and it's MUCH more stable. The wheels make it convenient to move, but the company might want to consider opting out of the wheels and replacing them with levelors. Overall, very satisfied with the look and quality of this product...
