Arrived quickly. No damage. Relatively easy to assemble. Knocking the plastic stips into the shelves took a little patience but it didn't require an engineering degree and I had it all together in about 25 minutes. It is stable; revolves smoothly; does not take up much space and looks very good in our family room. If you ever need a pitch man for this product on TV, I am your guy!

The rack holds a lot and it looks very nice. We purchased one for CDs and another for video tapes. The second unit came with one oak piece broken in half. We chose to glue it back together, rather than return the unit. Also note that while the natural wood colored pieces are real oak, the black shelves are made of press board. We haven't put the second one together yet. The first one doesn't turn freely because it gets hung up in one spot. Despite this flaw,we liked it well enough to buy the second rack.

I liked the availability of this particular size of stand, i.e. heigth. Clever engineering design in both materials, design, and assembly process which was well described. Be prepared to use muscle on the screws or use an electric drill with screwdriver bit attachment for assembly.

This unit is slightly difficult to assemble, but it is worth the effort. Once completed, the unit is very stable and attractive. If you have a lot of CD/DVD/Video, then you will enjoy using this unit. It's worth the price.

I really like this storage unit, it was easy to assemble, reasonably priced, looks great and does just what I want.

It would have helped to have directions to put it together. None were included in the box. Another problem was the "stops" to separate the cd's. They're plastic and had to be hammered in to make them stay. It was difficult to do so until I remembered a trick to install bicycle handgrips. Using a bit of dishwashing detergent on the edges made them slide in and stick.
