The tower arrived without damage. As soon as I unpacked it, I could see the quality. The hardwood was flawless, thick pieces. Not flimsy junk. This is furniture. The pieces had heft, and the holes aligned. (often in cheap stuff, the holes are not well aligned) The instructions were easy to follow, all the parts were there, and it did not take long to put together. You can turn the swivel with one finger, it is that easy and the bearings work that well. The parts join and fit properly so that it not only looks good, but it is also solid. You can use it for DVDs, too, and in that case there are extra shelves included. While I was assembling it, the Orkin guy came by to spray, and I had to print him out immediately the web site address. He wanted to buy a larger one.

Overall great product. The wood is very good looking, holds lots of CDs, and turns very easily.Assembly was a little difficult, but we have experience with Ikea furniture so we knew how to deal with stubborn rubber dividers - hammer firmly but gently. If you hit too hard, the rubber dividers already in pop out. Be patient, they eventually get in.

Unit quality was as expected. Assembly was not quite as easy as expected. Had slight trouble. When finished, it looked great and we are happy we got it.

Can be slightly more difficult to properly align during assembly than it would outwardly appear but a little patience pays off.
