Beautiful stand. It looks better than I thought it would. I have received several complements on it already. It is not that hard to assemble at all.[...]it helped me greatly to study the manual for those 2 days before actually sitting down to assemble it. I highly suggest anyone purchasing this stand to do so. It will make the assembly process much, much easier. You don't even really need another person, except for maybe putting the glass shelves on and when you are ready to mount your television of course. Fyi, I have a Pioneer Kuro 5020 plasma with a DirectTV HD DVR on the top shelf, an Xbox 360 & PS3 on the second shelf, and an Xbox & game case on the last one.
